Tell Your Senators: Don’t sell off our public lands and wildlife habitat!

Our nation’s public lands are crucial to the survival of thousands of threatened and endangered species. Without habitat preserved on public lands, many of those species could go extinct.

But Congress could soon mandate the sale of at least two million acres of public lands managed under the Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management, including Areas of Critical Environmental Concern and critical habitat. If that happens, vital habitat could be paved over and destroyed, and animals would be displaced to make way for development on formerly protected land.

You can help stop this by contacting your senators today. They need to hear from you right away asking them to remove the sell-off provision from the budget reconciliation bill!

Urge your senators to defend public lands and stand against sell-offs!
